This was the year we evolved our offer, equipped ourselves to tackle the most
pressing issues in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector and focused on the future. We
launched our new media and creative functions and invested in our first patient voice panel to ensure
our campaigns reflected the real, lived experiences of the patients we exist to serve. We looked after
our team and our clients, leading to a more diverse workforce, industry-defying client retention and
amazing work. This is the year we could have stood still - but in fact, it represented our next chapter.
