Giving voices to under-recognised and under-represented healthcare conditions which desperately needed attention; investing in primary research with our behavioural science unit and the University of Cambridge to understand the role of polarisation in how health messages are heard; and relaunching our employee value proposition to make this a destination agency for the industry’s top talent. The results? 11.5% topline growth, 15 new clients, and the launch of creative campaigns supporting 100,000s of patients worldwide.
