Julia Bainbridge

Julia is a Partner at freuds, and Founder of freuds+ (formerly the Health & Behaviour Change Unit). Julia has built freuds+ to provide a distinct offering designed to drive positive, meaningful social impact through behaviour change. Julia has over 14 years' experience advising health clients, covering almost every disease area for clients both globally and domestically, fusing corporate and consumer communications.

Julia oversees all freuds+ clients from across the public, private and third sectors. Julia's portfolio includes the WHO Foundation, Home Office, Tony Blair Institute, OHID, Cabinet Office and NHS England, as well as a number of pharmaceutical and consumer health clients for which she has devised high profile and successful behaviour change campaigns.

Julia is passionate about addressing health inequalities and looks to work with clients that have a purpose driven enlightened self-interest.
