Claire Nicholson

Claire leads the Oncology R&D communications team at AstraZeneca, responsible for internal and external comms. She has worked in R&D communications since joining AstraZeneca in 2018, with a focus on driving the company's scientific reputation. Prior to AstraZeneca, she gained broad experience in top UK PR agencies helping pharmaceutical companies communicate their corporate and brand stories. Claire has an MSc in Biomedicine, Bioscience and Society from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BSc in Human Sciences from University College London (UCL).
